AdoredTV is back with yet another juicy leak, this time regarding AMD's upcoming 7 nm Navi gaming GPU lineup that is scheduled to be released in the first half of 2019. If the information is right, it looks like AMD is going for aggressive price points in the mid-range GPU market, making the upcoming Radeon RX 3080 / 3070 / 3060 models a very tempting alternative to Nvidia's RTX 2070 and GTX 1070 / 1060 cards.

I am sure they could release and RX 3090 and put 12gb HMB2 memory on it to rival the RTX 2080 TI?

That lowest end RX 3060 is also amazing at 75watt tdp!---if they ever make a low profile version, they could be put into small form factor builds and compete and dethrone the 1050ti in small business class pcs next few years.
Budget gaming $600 laptops could also have something comparable to this card.

By now, everyone knows that AMD's new NAVI series carries the 5000 nomenclature instead of the 3000.  If the 5700XT & 5700 are any indication, then AMD may be able to legitimately compete at the enthusiast & high end for the first time.  If AMD really wants to accomplish this with the "rule of two" it has followed so far, then it should make graphics cards that fit in between $450-$900.  That's a lot of "wiggle room" and would let AMD cover some bases not occupied by Nvidia, plus there would be some cards that meet and exceed the high-end, consumer level 2080s for considerably less than $1,200. Of course, Nvidia would respond with its own series & would slash prices to compete with AMD.  Since NAVI is supposed to be a scalable architecture, this would be the most logical course for AMD to follow.
