Toshiba leistet mit seinem neu angekündigten QLC BiCS Flash-Speicher seinen Beitrag zu SSDs mit höherer Kapazität. Rund 2,66 Terabyte können mit einer 16-die-Stacked-Architektur erreicht werden.
