Samsung hat heute einen neuen Meilenstein im Bereich des mobilen Arbeitsspeichers vorgestellt. Ein 8-Gigabit-Chip der Gattung LPDDR5 DRAM soll besonders 5G und KI-Anwendungen entgegenkommen.
