Der Konflikt um den US-Bann von ZTE wogt hin und her. Derzeit will Trump den Bann aufheben lassen, der Kongress aber nicht. In der Zwischenzeit darf ZTE das Basis-Geschäft wieder aufnehmen, um bestehende Netzwerke und Ausrüstung instand zu halten – allerdings voerst nur bis August.
