Vivo hat heute in Taiwan und Vietnam sein einfaches Mittelklasse-Modell Y81 vorgestellt. Es ist eine leicht abgespeckte Version des Y83 und bietet als Highlights ein fast rahmenloses 6,2-Zoll-Display mit HD-Auflösung, Gesichtserkennung, eine Helio P22 Octa-Core-SoC, eine 13-Megapixel-Hauptkamera sowie Andoid 8.1. Ein Marktstart in Europa ist wahrscheinlich.
