2018 könnte das Jahr werden, in dem kabelloses Laden von Geräten über Distanzen hinweg erstmals tatsächlich Realität wird. Neben Powercast und Energous, die beide dieses Jahr losstarten wollen, arbeitet offenbar auch Apple an einem entsprechenden System, das in Reichweite befindliche Geräte je nach Ladestand oder Zeitplan drahtlos laden kann.
