Here comes some color! The MSI GE73VR 7RF Raider offers a very good gaming performance at a weight below 3 kg (~6.6 lb). The 17-inch laptop masters even long gaming sessions. Whether there are weaknesses and where they are, you can find out in our review with a multitude of benchmarks.

When the Clevo pa71hs-g will be reviewed? This laptop is very comparable to the Msi ge73vr in term of size/weight, specs and price.

Too expensive. 3-4 years ago a comparable 17.3" laptop(by that i mean even 16gb RAM) would have cost 1300-1400 Euros.

review the 15 inch version please....

GE63VR raider with GTX 1060 or GTX1070.

thanks in advance

The battery is at the back so when you are gaming it will be getting hot ; 45 - 50 degrees. This will cause the battery to degrade more quickly ; after 2-3 years of heavy use the battery may be be ruined.

Should this be considered when assessing design?

They have not changed the design after all these years.  That battery layout is from a time when batteries were removable, as is the battery design.  The optical drive bay is still obviously there but not used anymore.  There is a lot of leftover space inside.  On top of that, the chassis is flimsy and falls apart after portable use a few years at the most.

I have this laptop and the FPS on battlefield 1 are killing me, never go above 90 and too much drops under 50 fps on high settings.
What is wrong? i tried reseting pc without any improvement.
Even there is no difference between high and ultra settings, on ultra never reach 85 fps with greater drops. When enabling dx12 the fps are 30 to 35. All drivers are up to date.
Iam so frustrated. Any ideas that can help?

Kamil

I have the same problem.
Battlefield 4 max. 90 fps.
Battlefield1 max. 85 fps
Memory speed of only 4006 MHz. With 4350 MHz overclocking.
Drivers differently. Finally, the newest
Nothing helped.
