Bereits zum Mobile World Congress Ende Februar 2017 soll eine weitere Version des Gear VR-Headsets vorgestellt werden. Auch an Mixed Reality-Lösungen arbeitet Samsung bereits, kommerzielle Produkte für den Massenmarkt dürften jedoch noch in weiter Ferne sein.
