I'm sorry but why are you including the comments from multiple years ago?

Why not have a NEW comment section for each NEW release of the list?

Because its just the same article that has been updated many many times. There is no one list for a year as it is updated many times. Many websites do this, it is easier to update the old article with the new recommendations than have to go through the process of creating a new article
