Symbiosis. A powerful notebook does not have to be bulky and loud if it can also be dignified, subtle and quiet. Why pretentious and not understatement? Asus believes to know what wealthy customers want and creates an Ultrabook that combines performance and elegance in a simple yet sophisticated chassis. Can this symbioses really set new records in every category just like Asus promises?

What is this fetish you have with Adobe Colorspace.. virtually none of the notebooks you review are capable of displaying it (including Macs) and most of the world quite happy with sRGB, even photographers question the merits of Abobe colourspace...

Surely sRGB coverage is the benchmark you should be consistently referencing.

Also why does a dated Mac with old generation hardware still rate at 90, surely your rating criteria includes a temporal factor.. why would anyone serious in graphics buy a notebook with a GPU of 700 series generation? and accordingly why would you rate them at 90?

Why not just pick up a MSI GS60?

Better keyboard, keyboard backlighting, 1.7kg vs 2.2, better screen because after all, this is a WINDOWS laptop, so higher resolutions just frack things up, and NO GLOSSY SCREEN.   MSI GS60 seems to win everywhere imho, except possibly in the stiffness of the case.

It has been more than a month since you reviewed the Asus Zenbook NX500JK-DR018H Ultrabook and I still can't find it for sale anywhere in the world.  Do you have any information about that?
