Meta has unveiled the Meta VR glasses, the company's lightest 5K OLED model weighing in at 100 grams, or just less than half that of an Apple iPhone 18 Pro phone. The tethered glasses have an external battery pack that provides up to three hours of media viewing or virtual work.
