Apple Siri AI: A waitlist, English only, and not on EU iPhones

Apple shipped iOS 27 on Monday, and the rebuilt Siri AI does not come with it in the European Union. Apple's own availability notes rule out iOS, iPadOS and watchOS in the EU. A Mac or a Vision Pro still works, as long as the device is set to English. Everyone else signs up for a waitlist. Daily usage limits apply from day one.
