Many console owners are suddenly unable to use Nintendo online features. The bans block buyers from accessing eShop purchases or installing Switch 2 games from Game-Key Cards. Reddit posters deny any involvement with piracy, which could lead to the restriction.

That's why I currently avoid used Games like a Plague, because you can't possibly be sure about these Games, not being made a Copy of, by some unsocial Preowner at this Moment.
So while Nintendo didn't kill the Physical Releases, they turned the Used-Game
-Marked into a unnessessary Minefield for Players, that Purchase their Games.
And at the same Time, those that Copy the Games, possibly also hack their Consoles, so that their hacked Systems are barely affected.
