The Huawei MatePad Pro Max aims to be both a tablet and a laptop, combining a huge display with plenty of performance and smart accessories. But can it really replace a computer in everyday use, or does it ultimately remain "just" a tablet?

But it's always a bit annoying when reviews fail to answer even their own questions.
'can it really replace a computer in everyday use, or does it ultimately remain "just" a tablet'

There's barely any mention of how well this works as a laptop with the keyboard attached- does it sit comfortably on the lap or tip backwards easily? With only 2 viewing angles, is this actually a stumbling block or in practise does it still work fine on a sofa and in the hand ? etc. etc.

It seems like the journalistic 'flowers' are often quite detached from the formulaic (but very detailed) nature of these reviews.
