Amazon Fire TV and Kindle list prices jump, checkout prices do not

Amazon has raised list prices for Kindle, Fire TV, Echo and eero in Germany by up to 44 percent, following the earlier hike in the US. None of the devices we checked actually sells at the new price. What changed immediately is the discount math: the same Fire TV Stick now shows 58 percent off instead of 40.
