ChatGPT logs your Mac activity, and the files are not encrypted

OpenAI has switched on Computer History in the ChatGPT app for macOS. It records clicks, keystrokes and app switches, then turns them into a timeline and memories. OpenAI's own documentation says the files are not encrypted and that other programs on your Mac may be able to read them.
