i had an MSI board, on it was Ryzen 9 5900x, i monitored the CPU temperature during applications, video rendering, Photoshop, i noticed the CPU core temperature was above 90°C almost all the time (CPU core temp software)... This was very hot and could damage my CPU, i thought, i switched to Asus Mainboard, then the problem was solved... No more 90°C CPU core temperature peaks. MSI was good 8 years ago when i had the Ryzen 7 2700x, with 105 Watt voltage, no overheating. Monitoring board and CPU temperature are necessary, you don't know what's happening inside....
