Did Gigabyte go too far? Aorus Master 16 gaming laptop with AMD Zen 5 review

The Aorus Master 16 is equipped with the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D, one of the most powerful laptop processors on the market. Paired with a GeForce RTX 5080, it promises plenty of performance, but other aspects suffer as a result. For ~3000 bucks you'd think they try to stay well below 60 dB(A). But around 60 dB(A) at the highest setting (Gaming) for GIGABYTE is not unexpected and they would've solved it if too many people would complain? NOISEBYTE or GIGANOISE :-D

Gaming:        59 dB(A), 144.5 fps, 165 W + 145 W
Balanced:      51 dB(A), 135.4 fps, 150 W +  90 W
Energy Saving: 41 dB(A), 111.6 fps, 100 W +  65 WMaybe the Gaming setting should be renamed to Power Inefficient Noise, or something, lmao.

I wonder if there would have been a setting between Balanced and Energy Saving.
Gaming setting is kinda just fan noise increase setting due to much lower energy efficiency of the chips when driven to their maximum. And I would have had nothing against if the Gaming setting was removed.

PS: For 3000 bucks you can build a much faster and quieter desktop gaming PC.

Well, at least this laptop has 32 GB RAM + 16 GB VRAM (same GB203 chip as in a 5080 desktop (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackwell_(microarchitecture)#Blackwell_dies)) and not 12 GB VRAM, which would have been super ridiculously low for the price.
