Quick access to spectrum does not work but the spectrum app will give me access.

This is obviously a cyber attack similar to what has been happening in the northern US affecting the water service.

Based on previous live-streams from twitch/Smoke a few years ago, he's had been having a lot of interruptions and that even later on Spectrum's Business plan.
