I run a small ecommerce website that sells children's toys. We launched in January 2026, and so far we've mainly relied on social media marketing. It's bringing in some sales, but I want to grow our organic traffic and build a more sustainable source of customers.

I'm considering hiring an ecommerce SEO agency, but before I start talking to different agencies, I want to make sure I ask the right questions.

What KPIs should I expect them to track besides rankings? How do you measure whether the campaign is actually working? Also, since my website is still new, what timeline is realistic for seeing noticeable SEO results?
