Polestar's U.S. exit, driven by federal connected-vehicle restrictions and weak profitability, has left owners and dealers concerned about resale values, parts availability, and long-term support. The Swedish EV maker says it will honor warranties and continue servicing existing vehicles while discounting remaining Polestar 3 and 4 inventory.

by 2030! "Model Year 2030 (or January 1, 2029, for non-model-year components)" Prohibits the imports of VCS hardware from companies owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of China or Russia.
volvo, some model of Benz, VW, BMW, Toyota, mazda ford and GM etc which have hardware link to China will also affected. so it matter of time! and car manafacturer that source parts globally with not sale in US! that's fine with most people around the world! we can have the option and US with live with their own US car. (if some how taiwan turn into china side, nearly all car won't able to sell in US, since TMSC make most of the chip!) LOL
