I've been sourcing Dell hardware for a small office setup in Dubai and the pricing variation between different suppliers is bigger than i expected. same spec machines showing up at significantly different price points depending on whether you go through an authorized channel or one of the independent resellers.

We went through Tech Distributor when we needed a batch of Dell Latitude units, and the difference from going through a verified Dell Distributor in Dubai versus random marketplace listings was noticeable, not just on price but on warranty registration and support access afterward. Machines sourced outside authorized channels sometimes come with regional warranty restrictions that only show up when you actually need service.

curious if others sourcing Dell equipment in the UAE have run into the same issue or found a reliable way to verify authorization status before committing to a purchase.
