After reports that Valve had received shipments of the accessory, a Steam Controller review has appeared. Deleted ahead of a likely release date update, a YouTuber praised its responsive dual trackpads. Even so, the price may make it more difficult to discount the Steam Machine.

Not that expensive considering Valve doesn't make crap hardware and has decent support. Just look at some of the reviews for the most extensive Xbox controller and how many develop drift within months. Plus the touchpads.

Not lookin' gud brev

Yeah it isn't that bad in isolation itself. But the problem is, if they're charging this much for something with no memory or storage than imagine how much they're going to charge for something that does, like the machine & frame.

I have (3) of the original ones (sold for 59.99 originally) I bought (2) when they dropped to $5 bucks. And still have them boxed. Valve still supports the original one with regular firmware and software updates.
