Apple's first foldable smartphone might be delayed due to challenges with its manufacturing process. It was initially rumoured to launch in September 2026, but it might not surface until December.

ahahahahaha I can't

They pull out this card every fucking year, which is part of their marketing strategy before they raise the prices.
Every year the 'rumors' reports that there is some technical issues in production of the new models, then the issues is solved, then back again, then the issues will affect how many devices apple can deliver at the start of sale, then they create an artificial shortage and long lines of people (paid actors at the beggining) waiting to buy the new device outside their stores, giving the impression of huge demand for the new device.

THEY
DO
THIS
EVERY
YEAR

Is there evidence for this? (It does not matter much because diehard fanpeople would achieve the same effect.)

(BTW, google considers 'fanpeople' so suspicious it wants me to confirm being human before admitting a google search result.)

Flabs and such

Gotta make stuff up to generate hype and FOMO syndrome. Sony and Nintendo give us the same "super low inventory issues" drama every time they launch something because it works, a vocal minority of consumers will trip over themselves to get stuff like their life depends on it and be celebrated in their favourite echo chambers for validation that they made The Best Choice of Their Life™.
