The stable version of Xiaomi HyperOS 3.1 is now available to the first batch of phones and tablets. This update introduces new system-level optimizations and makes multiple UI refinements throughout the OS.

Well RAM management is THE issue, yes. My Redmi Note 15 Pro+ with 8 GB RAM feels like it has 1 GB. My Nothing Phone (3a) with 8 GB can keep apps (and tabs in Firefox) opened for days and days, no issues, yet my Redmi can't jump between TWO apps without closing one, lmao. Yes it is not crashing or anything but come on, that is not stable 😁 I am a Xiaomi/Redmi user for years, and that issue is going on for all that time, since MIUI 9 at least. Perhaps 64 GB of RAM would be enough to keep 3-4 appps opened? No idea...
