Lenovo releases new 15-inch laptop with 165 Hz OLED display

Lenovo has started selling a new 15-inch laptop featuring an optional 165 Hz OLED display. Also powered by the AMD Gorgon Point platform, the IdeaPad 5a 2-in-1 (15AGP11) can be configured with up to 32 GB of RAM. The new 2-in-1 has reached North America and Australia so far.

On the one hand, the convertible starts with a 1200p IPS panel that combines a 60 Hz refresh rate with 400 nits peak brightness and 45% NTSC colour space coverage. [..]

The IdeaPad 5a 2-in-1 (15AGP11) starts at $899.99

45% NTSC = 72% sRGB and it's been obsoleted/superseded by DCI-P3 since 2015.

For the same money Apple Air gives you 500 nits and 100 DCI-PC (86% NTSC colour space coverage).
