The Apple MacBook Neo is powered by a passively cooled A18 Pro SoC. A tech YouTuber has now shown that, with a simple mod, you can increase the performance of the MacBook Neo by double digits while reducing keeping the laptop cool.

People tried it since at least the Air M1, just make sure the case doesn't transfer the SoC's heat to the battery then.

pretty sure apple can't do anything about that, doesn't the chassis get so hot that it breaks regulations on how hot it can get?
