Regarding the switch 2, might be sorta struggling in US but worldwide sales are still above where switch 1 was at same point in time, which is like the 2nd best selling console in history. So I don't think it's doing too bad.
According to Tom @ MLID, he thinks Sony will be more aggressive in pricing (despite there being almost no competition for them from Xbox) because they had a real problem this gen with many PS4 users refusing to migrate to PS5, and don't wish to repeat that again. That even though it's being released in future it's being designed during today's market and economic challenges. So it'll attempt to aim or address them.
We'll see I guess. Needs to be taken with a copious amount of grain considering how much of a Sony pony and massive AMD fan he is. :p
Personally more interested in the improvements to upscaling that RDNA5 will bring for upcoming handhelds than any PT/RT.
