Salesforce to Slack Integration and would love to hear what features you find most valuable in this integration.
From your experience, which features make the biggest impact? For example, real-time notifications, deal alerts, record updates, workflow automation, collaboration within Slack channels, or the ability to update CRM records directly from Slack?
What has improved productivity or team alignment the most for you? And are there any limitations or challenges you've encountered with this integration?
