Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 tipped to launch with crease-less display after CES 2026 teaser

During CES 2026, Samsung Display showcased what it considers the first crease-less foldable display. According to a new report, this technology is in line to debut later this year within the Galaxy Z Fold8 rather than the rumoured Apple iPhone Fold.

I rarely even notice the crease on my z-fold 5, as I'm almost always looking at it straight on. But I refuse to buy a screen that has a big black hole on its image from a camera lens that looks like somebody has taken taken a hole punch to! They need to bring back the under-the-screen, hardly noticeable camera lens.
