The start of Season 11 is a complete failure.
Blizzard delivered one of the worst season launches in Diablo 4's history. At the beginning, access to the Vessel of Hatred expansion was blocked for players who had already paid for it. At the same time, only those who purchased the new expansion were able to access the content — an absurd and unfair situation for loyal players.
After the supposed "fix," the situation only got worse. Many players were forced to reset their progress in Vessel of Hatred, having to unlock the hideout, the entire map, and replay the campaign from scratch, as if their previous progress never existed. Time wasted, progress lost, frustration guaranteed.
What makes this even worse is that Blizzard simply swept the issue under the rug.
There was no official apology, no compensation, and no honest communication. And this was a serious issue where players were denied access to content they had already paid real money for.
More and more, it feels like Blizzard is prioritizing profit over player experience. New expansions and monetization are pushed constantly, while quality, stability, and respect for players' time are treated as secondary.
This is not how you treat a community that has supported your game from the very beginning.
