Lonnie Johnson, best known as the inventor of the Super Soaker, has introduced JTEC – a new technology that converts heat into electricity with minimal energy loss. Using hydrogen in a closed loop, the system could tap into underused energy sources such as industrial waste heat or geothermal heat.

That AI picture in the article is an aberration... You could have at least looked for a photo of the inventor mentioned in the article.

Whitewashing R Us

even i know inventor of supersoaker was black, he's very famous, but instead you AI slopped in a generic white gepetto looking character. just embarrassingly low effort

Why The Fake photo

The photo captioned as "Lonnie Johnson" is not him. Whether this act of discrimination is explicit racism or lazy ignorance is inconsequential to the end result.

While he doesn't have a media kit on his website, there is contact information so you should be able to get a correct photo. His website is literally his name dot com.

Don't contribute to misinformation or racism.
