Mich würde interessieren, wie groß der Performance-Unterschied zwischen einer GPU (bspw. mobile RTX 5060) mit einem einem 95W und 115W Powerlimit wäre.

45W TGP ergeben 1455 MHz. 100 Watt - 2310 MHz. Abhängigkeit ist sicher nicht linear.
Frequenz ist die Rechenarbeit. Für gleiche GPU ist die Frequenzverdoppelung die Verdoppelung von Rechenarbeit am Ausgang.
