Every year, a new LG Gram arrives without significant changes to its design. Equipped with Lunar Lake, a large battery, and quiet dual fans, the current Gram is certainly compelling. However, it no longer distinctly stands out from the crowd, as other manufacturers now also offer a solid lineup of lightweight laptops.

16" are mostly ~2kg

QuoteToo many 16-inch models currently weigh slightly more than a kilogram,
14" iGPU-only laptops weight like 1.5kg and 16" 1.8kg to 2.1kg.

1.4kg for a 17" laptop is good, but who travels ((lightweight) laptop = I assure one travels not too little) with a ("bendy") 17" laptop, that would otherwise not be possible with a 16" laptop? 17" allows for a further eye distance to the display vs 16", which is better for the eyes, so there is that, I guess.

PS: The "Too many" wording sounds weird, like you are complaining or something.

I can get this laptop with 32gb and either 258V or 255H chip, which is better?

258V if you want long battery life and lower noise.

255H if you want rather high (especially multi-thread) performance at high wattage for a long time.
