Ein Astronomenteam hat das IXPE-Teleskop der NASA genutzt, um die Röntgenstrahlung des Schwarzen Lochs IGR J17091-3624 - auch bekannt als "Heartbeat Black Hole" - zu messen. Die Ergebnisse stellen unser derzeitiges Wissen über Schwarze Löcher und ihre Wechselwirkung mit ihrer Umgebung in Frage.
