The PS6 release date is still years away, according to Sony PlayStation console architect

The lead designer of popular PlayStation consoles isn't in a rush to debut the PS6. In a new interview, Mark Cerny explains that PS5 Pro software enhancements, like FSR 4 upscaling, are his priority. Many analysts have projected a PS6 release date in 2027 or 2028.
