LOL. You still need a huge bulky broken TV screen to do it.  Just get a portable 4K laser projector already.  It's a lot more convenient!

with the cheapest one costing a minimum $1K (I looked) while this diy hack cost likely free (upcycled TV and projector) plus maybe <$100 on building materials. not even close.
