Qualcomm has unveiled the Snapdragon Dev Kit, the first desktop running a Snapdragon X Elite chipset. Strictly speaking a mini-PC, the Snapdragon X Elite will be available next month with a new Snapdragon X Elite chipset variant for under $900.

Likely not out yet, QC usually doesnt sell these direct to consumers either, usually they go thru a 3rd party HDK distributor
