Tesla may weave live Radio Traffic Announcements in its comprehensive road safety package that now includes vehicle-to-vehicle communication with a Hazard Enhancement Location Protocol update that warns of a vehicle in trouble. The RTA image has been discovered in the latest software update and would interrupt your audio streams with accident and road closure updates.
