The East has a lot of catching up to do however the West is going to lose a lot of access to cheap resources. Biden has been on a mission to fight with the rest of the world. China over technology, Russia over LNG, Myanmar and Iran over weapons supply, north Korea and Pakistan over nuclear missiles, Saudi over oil and yesterday Nicaragua over gold. Africa has a lot of Russian supporters as well due to extensive exploitation by the West. Sure it resulted In lots of development but most of its resources are still controlled by western companies. People don't support Russia as much as they are against America and the double standards of the West.
