with great performance and a fantastic display - that is what the Asus Vivobook Pro 16X offers. The OLED display is Pantone validated for particularly accurate colors. Thanks to its dedicated GPU, the multimedia laptop covers a wide range of use cases ranging from gaming to professional video or photo editing.

This was supposed to be released in May with an AMD variant and a grey color. we got neither 6 months later... Idk what Intel did or AMD didn't do, but we should have many more choices. Intel's ancient power consumption is limiting a lot of choices this year

Correction, this laptop has been released in March 2021 and currently is on clearance sale for $999 (USD). There are multiple Ryzen variants as well that were released at around $1400 and now can be found much cheaper.

Newer 2022 version has already been released at $1600, which practically fixes all the "cons".
- upgradeable RAM up to 32GB
- USB-C charging + all USB 3.2 and USB 4.0 ports
- faster Wi-Fi, SD reader, Ethernet, etc
- better cooling system overall
- 2K webcam
- 120Hz OLED
- upto 6900HX and RTX 3060 specs

There is also a 15" 2022 version of this laptop starating at just $1149 that completely undercuts the likes of Dell XPS 15 and Thinkpad X1 Extreme.

THE OMNOMNOM

"The noise level increases to up to 62.9 dB(A) only when playing games or performing other compute-intensive tasks. The fans can be distracting in these scenarios, particularly since the noise is relatively high pitched."

With over 60db while gaming it's peculiar that you did neither mention it in your bottomline, nor in your cons section. Other laptops got rated down because they exceeded 50db and here we are with what seems to be a literal jet engine without any second mention. Why?
