Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H Wi-Fi instabil, viel Verlust

Hi liebe Leute,

in english :D :

hi dear people,
I bought a brand new notebook (Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H) and wanted to test it while gaming.
With both games that I tested, the internet connection was very unstable, so that the game had a huge connection lag every 15 seconds.

I had previously bought a new notebook which I resold for various reasons and the internet connection via Wi-Fi stayed up while gaming and didn't cause any problems. (MSI GF65-Thin 10UE-268)

I am aware that a wired connection is better and more stable in any case, I also have a stationary PC that does not have the problem, so I assume that the problem is with the laptop's Wi-Fi connection to the router. And since the problem did not exist with the previous laptop, I assume that the problem is with my new laptop.

The drivers are all up to date. (I tested both the Lenovo recommended one and the 3.3, no difference)
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is up to date.
I tested 5 and 2.4 GHz.

Now I have the following questions:

1. Can it be a software problem, or is it (un)probable?
2. Should I send the laptop to Lenovo to fix it or are they not able to do that either?
3. Should I take this into my own hands and order the Wi-Fi adapter from my previous notebook and install it myself? Does the guarantee then expire?
