Samsung debuted the world's first 200 MP CMOS sensor, the ISOCELL HP1, weeks ago. It appears that the company is considering using such a sensor on its 2023 flagship, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, after similar reports about the Galaxy S22 Ultra were debunked a while ago.
