As it turns out, a donut cannot just still one's hunger, but also provide valuable information on the release date of one of the most anticipated games of the year. The timely nature of this probably intentional reveal suggests that Microsoft intends to heavily promote the game ahead of its beta launch this week.

Honestly could just be referring to the fact that the actual 20th Anniversary is in November, and the donut is celebrating the anniversary. So the festivities could be for that.

Jesse

you're really gonna create an article about a donut when we already said November 22nd a year ago?

Imagine writing an entire article and still getting it so wrong... The translation is that the donut is literally for the 20th anniversary of the halo franchise. Now... When did halo 1 come out? Oh. November 15, 2001.

This sentence you quoted?
"Why wait for November if we can start the festivities now?"

November is referring to the 20th anniversary. Oof. Has nothing to do with halo infinite. I suggest just deleting this article since it's pure misinformation.

Aby halo merchandise and cakes welcome, like the military-gaming green futuristic look.
Can imagine next to be bananas with printed Halo theme or onion halos.
