Notebook for around 300 €

Hey,
I've been looking for a suitable notebook for a long time, but there is just so much choice .. I hope you can help me.

I am a student and so my funds are unfortunately limited. I : Dwould spend
around 300 euros (if necessary a little more) I don't need the notebook to play, only for surfing and now and then office.

The only requirement would be that it is good enough and an HDMI connection to watch films on my home TV.

Do you think there are good offers there?
