Nachdem Apple in diesem Jahr darauf verzichtet hat, das iPhone 12 Pro mit einem 120 Hz ProMotion-Display auszustatten, soll das Display des Nachfolgers signifikante Upgrades erhalten. Denn Apple soll auf ein LTPO-OLED-Panel setzen, das nicht nur die hohe Bildfrequenz ermöglichen würde, sondern auch ein Always-on-Display.
