AMD's boosted clock versus off-the-shelf Intel's 10th generation processor. Let's see a more fair comparison-max out or overclock Intel and then put it against your AMD boosted clock version. Intel will smoke AMD

Dude, AMD's boost is the same thing as Intel's turbo, and these are single-thread results where Intel are *already running at their maximum achievable clock speed*.

You're bitching that a fair race is unfair just because your horse didn't win. Trump logic!

Intel might gain something back with Rocket Late, but with a ~15% IPC improvement, they'd have to clock it above 5.3Ghz to get anything more than a miserable little single-digit lead - all at the expense of sane power consumption. RIP fanbots

More fair? LOL. You seem to have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. The 5600X runs at STOCK. Which means it can boost up to 4.6 GHz on at least one core. The 10900K can boost up to 5.3 GHz on at least one core. So, the 5600X has 700 MHz less frequency in the single thread benchmark and still smokes the 10900K. And CPU-Z is a quite Intel friendly benchmark since version 1.79. Intel is done for now. Maybe they have more luck with Golden Cove on 10nm in 2022.
