USB 2.0 funktioniert ev. nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe den R510-Aura T3400 Davida.
Jetzt habe ich eine externe Soundkarte angeschlossen, die bei USB 2.0 in STereo funktionieren soll. Bei meinem Samsung geht sie nur auf Mono. In der Beschreibung der Soundkarte steht, dass sie bei USB 1.1 in Mono läuft. Was ist da bei meinem Notbook los???
Kann mir da jemand weiter helfen?
