14"-Notebook fürs Maschinenbaustudium

Hallo erstmal,
als angehender Maschinenbaustudent, brauche ich bis zum Oktober ein gescheites 14"-Notebook:

Folgende Dinge sind mir wichtig:

-lange Akkulaufzeit (mindestens 4h)
-sollte die neue SantaRosa-Plattform verwenden
-möglichst gute Ausstattung (Bluetooth, WLAN [wenn möglich mit Draft-N] und der restliche SchnickSchnack)
-"CAD-Fähig"
-Ob Glare (sieht chic aus) oder Matt, 1280*800 oda 1440*900, weiß ich nicht... Was ist alltagstauglicher? Wäre hier für nähere Infos dankbar!
-Wenn möglich, mit gescheiter Grafik für ab und zu ein Spielchen (z.B C&C3,CS:S @low settings versteht sich), muss aber nicht sein, da DesktopPC@Home
-2GB RAM EIN MUSS!!!
-absolute Schmerzensgrenze: 1200€ (da blute ich nämlich schon  :'()

Habe schon mit dem HP 6510b geliebäugelt, doch das Lüfterprob schreckt mich jedes ma wieda ab. Weiß einer ob es bei der neueren Baureihe behoben wurde?

anyway, bin für jeden Ratschlag dankbar :)

bezüglich 4 h akkuleistung binsch mir nicht sicher as da das 9 zellen akku bringt, aber der rest sollte für dich reichen

Hab selber auch das 6510b im Auge und bin bezüglich des Lüfterproblems auf einen Beitrag in einem anderen Forum gestoßen, indem etwas aus dem HP-Forum zitiert wurde. Den Inhalt hab ich mir mal in eine Textdatei kopiert:

DESCRIPTION
This document applies to HP Notebook PCs with Microsoft Windows Vista
The notebook PC fan does not shut off, runs in high speed only and creates a loud fan noise. The loud fan noise is due to the volume of air being pushed.

SERVICE ACTION
This is a "Fix-on-Failure" service event. Proactive service is neither necessary nor authorized.

If a notebook exhibiting this failure falls within the scope indicated above, is within warranty, was built between 4/1/2007 and 6/9/2007, the serial number range is between CNU714XXXX to CNU723XXXX, please set up a service event.
