You are not trust the fact we are telling you and as i have told you it is the problem in the display (touch Screen), before we share this to you, as a seller should know what case this problem or provide the service warranty or how to support this product in the different country (India).
Kindly give the proper support and the solution as soon as possible for Bluboo X550 or refund or replace the product.

I have taken it to the mobile service centre, they have told it is a manufacturing defect and this mobile warranty seal LOGO in the opening screw. So we cannot tamper the seal or can replace the parts for this mobile phone, but if they willing to give the touch screen display for this phone we will replace it.
